Our client is one of the largest health care institutions in Poland, the aim of which is to ensure smooth registration of medicinal products, medications, and biocides. It is essential for this healthcare organization to register drugs in accordance with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). To ensure health safety in society as much as possible, the IT commandos of Net PC took up the challenge to build a dedicated medical registration system.

1. Our main task was to build and implement a dedicated IT system for registering medicinal products and medical devices
2. The next stage of the project was the expansion of the system with new system functionalities, so as to enable registration, modification and deletion of the notification in the system for registration of medicinal products
3. The task of the IT commandos was to provide an IT system that would significantly exceed the expectations of our partner
4. It was crucial for the client that the platform had the following functionalities:
   • managing the registration of medical devices and medicinal products
   • Integration with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA)
   • Full automation of application submission with authentication of applicants using ePUAP
   • Ability to view the list of notifications and requests
   • Possibility to filter and search entered notifications
   • Issue and management of marketing authorizations for medicinal products and medical devices

1. Creating a new platform for registration of medical entities and medical devices in a short time
2. Making it easier for entities to find the necessary information - the challenges concerned changes in the marketing authorization of medicinal products, post-registration changes of medical devices, the registration process and issues related to importing medical drugs

1. Before starting work, it was crucial for us to understand the needs of registration, IT, operational and medical teams - We conducted a dedicated business analysis workshop with the client, using BABOK and the WIKLIDO method, thanks to which we eliminated redundant, unnecessary activities
2. Building an application for the registration of drugs, medical devices and biocidal products with 24/7 access
3. Application of the concept of work based on synergy. We have thoroughly understood the problems of various customer persons and showed that we are a team that is able to help in very difficult conditions
4. Flexible approach to the client. Focus on remote work and work at the client's premises only in the case of initial analytical work on complex topics
5. Creating a platform for submitting applications for issuing permits to trade in a product

1. We have built an IT solution that fully satisfies the client in 10 weeks

The presented project in the area of health safety of the society was a great achievement for us. The team for the registration of medical devices and medicinal products was satisfied with the opportunities created by new functionalities. The above implementation in the field of healthcare was very important for us, because it showed that we are able to build a scalable IT system in 10 weeks, giving value in the area of medical data analysis, with integration with one of the largest European institutions in the sector of drug composition analysis. We have shown that we are able to understand the complex needs of users and translate them into system functionalists.
