Our client is an innovative company from Central Europe, active in the field of modern technologies. The company is a pioneer in technological fields such as: production of mobile robots, space technologies, technologies for the automation of production processes, in modern publishing space and in the field of technology transfer.

The company provides comprehensive solutions, e.g. for the Army, Police, Fire Brigade and other services responsible for security, implementation of modern technologies, crisis management and civil protection in Poland and abroad. The client's technology is being delivered to 22 countries around the world. The organization is dynamically developing its activities on local and international markets. The client plays a key role in the automation of mobile robots in Central Europe.

The aim of the project was to create a comprehensive IT solution that would meet the client's requirements. The system assumed the creation of cooperating elements of ready-made (COTS) and dedicated software. The aim of the project was also to create a useful, UX/UI-friendly, and effective solution for the client that would meet his needs. In the project, we managed to use the latest technologies related to the automation of business and programming processes: Elasticsearch (Kibana), APM, and Google Video Intelligence API.

-Application of performance monitoring.

-Application Performance Monitoring class tools along with a license for application servers and maintenance service.

-Adopt practices to track key application performance metrics using monitoring software and telemetry.

-Implementation of APM tools to achieve exemplary system availability, optimize service performance and response time, and improve user experience.

-Use of Google Video Intelligence API services

-Streaming video files in many standard and custom formats

-Providing a license for standard software, widely available on the market through a public sales system available to customers based in the European Union.

-Elasticsearch (Kibana).

-The system is able to identify failed login attempts to the application.

-Use of APM platforms to ensure the organization's critical applications meet established performance and end-user availability expectations.

-Use of a dedicated solution for archiving and sharing documents.

-Creating a repository that will also act as a library.

-We have created many dedicated data visualizations/presentations using modern data visualization methods.

-Involvement of key decision-makers from the partner's side in the project. Thanks to the use of elements of synergy between our teams, we were able to successfully complete the project.

The described project in the area of automating the management of large data sets using the latest application performance monitoring technologies was a great success for us. Customer satisfaction with the created solution in the area of Business Intelligence and integration with Video Intelligence was of key importance to us.

For IT commandos, this area is very interesting and we want to develop our presence in the field of business process automation as well as processing and analysis of large data sets and their presentation at various levels of detail. The use of a tool for automatic search and attractive presentation of large data sets opened up new opportunities for organizational development for the client. Our solution has a holistic impact on the performance of the application and the entire organization. It was crucial for our client that we used APM tools to ensure that the organization's critical applications meet the established expectations for performance and end-user availability.
